Volkswagen has launched passat in India. The other models launched by Volkswagen in Indian market include polo, Vento, New beetle, Touereg, Phaeton and jetta.
Safety features with Volkswagen passat include 8 airbag, ABS (Anti lock Breaking System), ESP (Electronic Stabilization program), parking sensors at front and rear, anti theft warning system and front and rear fog lights. Tail lights and signal lights are LED lights making it look elegant. Automatic opening of luggage compartment with remote control, temperature control, power windows, automatic cruise, glass roof with electric sliding facility are the features of VW Passat.
Volkswagen passat: It comes with 4 cylinder engine that has a power of 1798 CC. the approximate fuel tank capacity is 70 liters.
Volkswagen passat Mileage: The TSI engine that comes with Volkswagen passat can be said to be the most fuel efficient in the world in its segment. According to company sources it gives a mileage of 12.7 kmpl under test conditions and a maximum speed of 220 kmpl can be expected from Volkswagen passat.
Volkswagen, VW passat shall be available in candy white, silver leaf, reflex silver, and iron grey and deep black.
Volkswagen passat price in India: It comes in three variants in India. The base model trend line comes with a price tag of Rs.20.80 lakhs ex show room Delhi and high line the high end model is priced at Rs.25.65 lakhs ex show room New Delhi and the other variant comfort line comes at a price of Rs.23.80 lakhs.
